Superintendents

Superintendents must have a minimum of five years experience within the retail construction field. Superintendents are required to have an understanding of all trades involved including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. OSHA training is required if you are not OSHA certified. Our superintendents are the first line of defense against accidents at the jobsite and we expect superintendents to be safety conscious at all levels of the jobsite.

Bogart Construction relies heavily on technology for a successful project. As such, we require knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and more. Our IT-Linked supervision allows us to keep in constant communication with our clients. This communication is vital to the job and superintendents must have excellent verbal and written skills.

Project Managers

Project Managers will be responsible for all aspects of a project, from technical content through financial performance. Must be able to successfully manage construction equipment suppliers and contractors in support of the customers’ needs, coordinate all sub-suppliers and contractors as required to meet the schedule. The ideal candidate will have prior retail construction experience and a B.S. in construction project management. Knowledge of contractual terms and negotiating is a required along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Project Coordinators

Project Coordinators are responsible for assisting Project Mangers from job start through completion. We are looking for bright, organized, motivated individuals to join our team. Project Coordinators will also assist Project Superintendents. Must have at least HS diploma and 2 years of office work experience.
