Construction is the heart of what we do. Everything else we do – the project plans, safety training, quality assurance – it all revolves around building a beautiful storefront that proudly reflects your brand identity. Of course, we also want to create a smooth project that will enable your employees - and ours – to have a good quality of life during the project’s lifecycle! In our pre-construction phase, we set the stage for success. In our construction phase, we have controls in place to ensure that the project is carried out as planned.

At the start of your job, we will host a kick-off meeting to share information with everyone involved. As the project progresses, clients receive weekly updates, photos and reports. The superintendent reviews the OSM list daily, and is responsible for making sure that everyone and everything is in place. This person stays on site and is your dedicated first point of contact for any questions or changes needed. The project manager will visit regularly and is also available as needed. Technology keeps everyone linked to the home office 24/7/365.

One of the crucial roles of the superintendent is to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the project. Every Bogart Superintendent is enrolled in the Click Safety training program. It begins with training and testing on safety issues as it relates to retail jobsites, followed by Click Safety's OSHA 10 course. Tailgate safety meetings are held on all jobsites to remind everyone that safety comes first!      

Finally, each job is subject to our strict quality assurance guidelines. We look good by making you look good, so we want to ensure that our employees and sub-contractors are following procedures that will result in a high-end, quality-finished retail store.
