In retail construction, scheduling is of paramount concern. If you can’t open your doors, you can’t make money. At Bogart Construction, we do everything in our power to make sure your job comes in on time. A schedule for every project is created in Microsoft Project and reviewed thoroughly with the onsite superintendent at the start of each job. Our schedules illustrate the project’s critical paths and the Owner Supplied Material (OSM) with the use of standout colors and milestones. Weekly updates show completion percentages and allow our clients to actively engage in the schedule of their projects.
